HOW A PATIENT ORDERS ON XYMOGEN E-STORE
1. Go to http://store.xymogen.com/login.aspx 2. Under the “New Users” title, select the “Patient” button.
3. Being a new patient and not having an account with XYMOGEN, select “NO” and enter the code: RW13.
4. In the “Practitioner’s last Name” box also enter: ROTH. Then click “submit”. The code is case sensitive.
Once you have submitted that information, proceed to enter in a user name and password. When that is completed you will have full access to our e-store for online ordering.
